Investigations For Non-Profit Fraud & Abuse Reveal A Much Bigger Problem For VACC

Ongoing Investigation of VACC Reveal Bigger Problems

Investigation into VACC- Vascular Access Certification Corporation

We want to thank our VA-BC® association and community for supporting one of the most productive weeks yet in our own ongoing DOGE investigations into fraud and abuse within the nonprofit sector of vascular access—specifically among organizations claiming to advocate for healthcare workers and patients in vascular access.

After reviewing publicly available documents, our organization has formed the firm belief—without a shadow of doubt—that the Vascular Access Certification Corporation (VACC) has misled the public, the vascular access community, and thousands of individuals who sat for VACC exams during the years 2015, 2016, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Based on applicable state and federal nonprofit governance laws, our review of corporate records, financial filings, and operational history strongly indicates a pattern of fraud, as well as nonprofit negligence and abuse, which raise serious red flags concerning mismanagement and potential violations of nonprofit fiduciary duty.

Our findings suggest potential misconduct involving:

  • Board members with suspicious ties to asset relocation and financial manipulation, corporate filings, federal filings

  • Negligent or deceptive state and corporate filings.

  • Past affiliations with another high-profile nonprofit in the vascular access space, displaying similar fraudulent patterns and red-alert behaviors.

Furthermore, since transparently informing the Vascular Access Certification Corporation of our ongoing investigation last year, we have observed what we are calling “Webmaster Fraud”—an orchestrated and accelerated effort to scrub and revise website content, alter public narratives via SEO manipulation, and obscure legal accountability through misleading digital updates.

We will continue to update the public as our investigation unfolds. For further documentation and updates, please continue to visit our Dog Watch Page.
